Our Farm

We operate a small family farm in beautiful North Florida (just east of Tallahassee). While the size of our farm is not huge (just under 5 acres), we are proud to have a diversity of activities/uses on it. In addition to our family of six, our farm is home to chickens (broilers and layers), two dogs, three cats, six rabbits (all fixed, some looking for new homes), two gerbils, four finches, a beehive, and two gopher tortoises.

Our bees are here!
We love honey! We eat lots of it . . . mostly on oatmeal and Amy’s delicious home-baked, whole-grain rolls. We also like to sweeten our tea with it. Therefore, we recently aquired an established beehive. This is a new venture for us! As we learn the art of beekeeping, we are truly intrigued by these amazing creatures!

Our Garden
Each year we have increased the size and diversity of our garden. While we admit that we still have much to learn about raising vegetables, we relish the idea that we can grow such delicious food for our table.
